The role
Each dive is conducted in a safe manner with high quality equipment, performing infrastructure inspections, preventative, and general maintenance for the Strahan site. Reporting to Subsea Management and undertaking general farmhand and deckhand duties when required, your responsibilities include:
* Undertaking repairs to nets, equipment, and other general maintenance.
* Undertaking subsea infrastructure inspections as required.
* Rigging and retrieving mortalities.
* Ensuring a safety inspection of dive and PPE equipment daily and undertaking safety drills periodically.
This opportunity operates on a full-time basis with a 4 day on, 3 day off roster.

* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive focus on continuous improvement.
* A commitment to working safely in a dynamic environment, identifying risks, and taking appropriate action.
* Self-motivated and able to undertake the physically demanding requirements of this role in a safe manner.
Your qualifications include:
* Certificate III in aquaculture (Diving)
* ADAS Part 2 Restricted Dive ticket (or equivalent).
* A current Dive medical or ability to obtain.
* Current First Aid and Oxygen Resuscitation Certificate.
* A current and valid Driver’s licence.
