About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Manager to join our key clinical leadership team. In this role, you will provide professional and clinical leadership for the Allied Health services, overseeing the delivery of efficient and effective services across acute and mental health inpatient services, rehabilitation, and ambulatory programs.
You will work collaboratively with hospital managers and executive members to achieve excellence in care delivery. Your expertise will be essential in providing professional leadership, mentoring, support, and specialist advice for a large multidisciplinary team.

About Our Hospitals
Dudley Private Hospital & Ramsay Surgical Centre Orange are owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, Australia's largest and most respected operator of private hospitals.
Dudley Private Hospital is a 62-bed facility offering a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and psychiatric services. We have four operating theatres, including one hybrid theatre/cardiac catheterisation laboratory, providing PPM and interventional angiograms to patients across the Central West.
In addition to general medical and surgical beds, we have 27 licensed rehabilitation beds, 10 licensed paediatric beds, a two-bed designated Cardiac Care Unit, and a 15-bed mental health unit, known as the Ramsay Clinic Orange.
Ramsay Surgical Centre is a recent addition to the Ramsay group, offering five-day surgery theatres. This allows both facilities to share a collaborative approach to staffing and provides a diverse working experience.

Requirements
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
* Previous experience in a private hospital setting desirable.
* Recent rehabilitation experience preferred but not essential.
