Mining - Engineering & Maintenance (Mining, Resources & Energy) We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a global organisation within the mining and heavy machinery industry.This role is integral to driving people strategies and operational excellence across both blue-collar and white-collar teams.About the Role In this position, you'll play a key part in supporting employee lifecycle processes, providing HR advisory services, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.You'll partner with leaders to implement HR strategies while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.Key Responsibilities Drive global HR processes, including HR Operations, Talent Management, and Performance Management.Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.Manage employee grievances and disciplinary processes, ensuring professionalism and compliance.Collaborate with unions and support collective bargaining agreements where applicable.Continuously improve HR operations through innovation, process reviews, and automation opportunities.Monitor and enhance KPIs, SLAs, and overall HR service delivery.Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollments and queries. About You Proven HR Generalist or Business Partner experience, ideally in a global, matrixed environment.Strong understanding of employment laws, particularly in the (insert relevant region/country).Expertise in managing blue-collar workforce talent activities.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (HR certifications preferred).Advanced English communication skills and experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
