This role is crucial in assisting the delivery of governance services and solutions at a Management Committee level, ensuring their efficient and cohesion functioning.
Within this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the annual calendar process for the primary Management Committees, aligning with regulatory reporting approvals, and ensuring sequential alignment of Board and Board Committees with Management Committees, including the Executive Committee, Executive Risk Committee, and Asset and Liability Committee. Excitingly, this role will also see you involved in close interaction with Management Committee Chairs and external entities such as ASIC and other external regulating bodies.
About you

With a strong academic background, preferably with a law degree or governance/CoSec qualifications, you bring a wealth of knowledge in corporate governance principles and statutory obligations. Your experience within a regulated environment has honed your skills in navigating the complexities of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules. You are not just a problem solver but also a strategic thinker, capable of providing insightful advice that influences decision-making at the highest levels.
Your role is not just about governance; it's about leadership and innovation in the field. You will be joining a team of professionals that value your insights and recognises the importance of your contributions to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our management structures.
