Are you an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for blending physical and mental health care? We’re excited to welcome our very first EP to our Lismore Medicare Mental Health Centre, based at the Southern Cross University campus. You'll manage a caseload of clients with mental health conditions, working closely with clinical teams to provide holistic, coordinated care. Your expertise in creating tailored exercise programs will support therapeutic interventions and enhance overall well-being.

Your Role:
* Design and deliver tailored exercise programs to improve both physical and mental health
* Manage a caseload of 10-15 clients, focusing on sustainable, long-term health improvements
* Provide education and support to clients and their carers, helping them manage conditions through exercise
* Maintain detailed client records, updating care plans as progress is made to support enjoyable and lasting outcomes
About You:
* ESSA-accredited with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in a community or sub-acute setting
* Skilled in developing evidence-based exercise programs and care plans
* A strong communicator with experience working in a multidisciplinary team
* Passionate about supporting mental health, with knowledge of mental health issues and experience with diverse communities
* Familiar with Electronic Medical Records and relevant mental health policies
