Job Description
As a Community Social Visitor Volunteer, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing regular social visits.
Your visits will bring joy to the clients you are matched with, helping them feel less isolated and more connected to their community.
We are looking for a friendly and engaging individual who would love to brighten the day of a gentleman at Fishing Point by chatting with him about politics over a cup of tea.
Responsibilities
* Visit clients on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on your availability.
* Engage in conversations and activities that bring joy to the clients.
* Help clients feel less isolated and more connected to their community.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
* Be 18 years or older.
* Have a National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare.
