Total Remuneration $117,129 to $127,380 pa (including salary of $98,976 to $107,638 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

You will collaborate with the Manager to implement key actions from the Disability-Informed Action Plan, lead initiatives, and report on progress as a Project and Training Officer, specialising on Accessibility and Equity.
Your responsibilities will include creating and facilitating quality training and professional development, developing annual project plans, and ensuring timely completion of actions.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff capabilities in Universal Design for Learning Guidelines, fostering a culture of inclusivity.
* Consult with the Disability Employee Network and Student Disability Inclusion Group, contribute to evaluation strategies, and prepare detailed reports and promotional materials.
Position Requirements
* A strong understanding of adult education, accessibility, and equity principles, and proficiency in corporate systems and learning management software.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
* Knowledge of adult education and learning methods, and an understanding of accessibility and equity principles and practices.
* Demonstrated ability to develop professional training materials using contemporary design skills.
* A degree with at least four years subsequent relevant experience, or extensive experience and management expertise, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
* Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements in a disability support context and/or an ability to quickly acquire knowledge.
* Well-developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
