As a relatively young charity (9 years old), there are still so many ways to grow and improve what we do – and we are looking for people who would relish the challenge of being a part of this phase.This role is a permanent full-time position based on-site at our office in Virginia, Queensland. The Service Operations Administrator will report to our Service Operations Manager and support our Service Operations team with administration related to logistics and preparation for initiatives such as Sponsor a Bag, Dignity Drives, Dignity Vending Machines, and our Indigenous Menstrual Health program.DUTIESSupporting the transportation, storage, and movements of donations in and outMonitoring donations and organising stocktake for various programs and initiatives to support key deliverables of the Service Operations TeamLiaising with internal and external stakeholdersProviding information and key documentation to volunteer groups that assist with Service Operations initiativesProviding administration support during key campaigns including the Dignity Drives and It’s In The BagWe are looking for someone who can bring their enthusiasm, attention to detail, and can-do attitude to help support the team with key administrative tasks. This role will be fast-paced, exciting, and rewarding!Being adaptable, flexible, and responsive to changing circumstances is a must. As is your ability to establish warm and respectful relationships with all stakeholders of Share the Dignity and communicate effectively in person, via email, and using online communication tools.You are someone who is highly motivated, organised, loves administration work, and is proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent time management skills.
