Your new company Your new organization is an exciting technology organization supporting Defence through their innovative products and solutions, including AI, RF and Sensor Fusion. They are seeking a Manufacturing Planner to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new role As Manufacturing Planner, you'll be responsible for helping to ensure successful and timely delivery of the organisations sales through the planning of manufacturing orders and equipment allocation. You will coordinate between different departments and business units, collaborating to prioritize equipment needs, track inventory and coordinate logistics. You will identify potential risks associated with outsourcing and in house production and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of operations. What you'll need to succeed Experience working in a similar position 5+ years experience within manufacturing, working with complex products and in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices related to complex products Proven ability to be adaptable in a progressive environment Experience in a start-up is highly regarded Must have full working rights.
