Working to support an assigned portfolio and/or the broader team of recruitment professionals, this role enables an efficient and effective service to clients and high-quality candidate care.
This is a full-time traineeship role, commencing in January 2024 and concluding in December 2024.

_______________________________________________ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle a range of candidate enquiries relating to process and submission guidelines and disseminate appropriate, timely and specific information in person, by phone, or email to candidates, agencies and external stakeholders.
• Manage recruitment record keeping, ensuring all data is accurate and kept up to date and collate information as requested by the Recruitment team.
• Submit approved advertisement for internal and external advertising and update Advertising Spend Access database.
• Provide high standards of candidate care by proactively keeping candidates informed of progress, next steps and providing timely feedback on recruitment exercises.
• Provide support and logistics to selection committees through arranging interviews, tracking selection committee deliverables and ensuring completion of all documentation.
Take responsibility, ownership and accountability for work assigned and provide high level, accurate support and logistics to selection committees by taking responsibility for arranging interview schedules and monitoring and tracking deliverables.
• Coordinate implementation of candidate and client surveys and collate reports and analysis as directed, ensuring compliance of all relevant University policies and procedures • Maintain adequate records and ensure data integrity of the University's talent management software including assisting with the smooth and accurate transmission of recruitment data to downstream users _______________________________________________ JOB REQUIREMENTS • A permanent right to work in Australia • Must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander • Strong communication skills • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude • Capacity to problem-solve • Sound computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office programs _______________________________________________ SALARY As the successful candidate, you will receive: $26,000.00-$40,000.00 plus 11% Superannuation National Training Wage Award Fully Funded Qualification _______________________________________________ MORE INFORMATION Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Identified Role Only Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are eligible to apply for this position.
