* NSW RSA is desirable
* Experience working in the hospitality and event industry
* Ability to think on your feet and be solutions-driven
* Commitment to workplace health and safety and food hygiene regulations
* Ability to carry out physically demanding work
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
Availability Requirement:
* Candidates must be available to work weekends and evenings
