The Opportunity Join our Manufacturing Finance team at our Springhill facility as a Finance Business Partner. This role supports the Senior Finance Business Partner – Springhill & Processing and broader Finance team, providing hands-on experience in financial and management reporting, cost control, business partnering and operational forecasting. In this role, you will provide financial analysis and support to our Springhill Manufacturing Team, as well as the broader Manufacturing Finance team. You will work closely with operational teams and contribute to activity-based costing, product profitability, inventory management, and capital evaluations. This role requires you to be on-site at Springhill (NSW) to facilitate engagement with operational teams.
What Will You Do? Supporting the business units, focused on improving cost outcomes, you will:
assist in month-end financial close processes (forecasting, budgeting, cost variance analysis)provide commercial and financial insights to support operational decision-makinglead stocktaking activities with the support of the Senior Finance Analystbuild strong relationships with operational teams (asset managers, plant teams)deliver financial reporting in line with governance and compliance standardssupport continuous improvement initiatives in finance systems and reportingparticipate in daily operational meetings alongside HR, Safety, and Operations teamsMore About You As a sound communicator, you'll bring your financial knowledge and business acumen to support our Operational Management teams.
