We have an opportunity within our Parks branch on a Permanent Full time basis. The role is for a Park Asset Management Lead ready to join and lead a collaborative, energetic team at our Logan Central location.
This role has a strong focus on service level management, planning, systems development, strategic advice and technical support in managing levels of service, financial forecasting and analysis. You will assist the technical sections of the Parks Planning and Design and Capital Delivery Program providing professional support and guidance.
Skills & Qualifications
* Formal qualifications and experience in engineering, finance, project management, asset management, contract management or business is not required but highly desired
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Asset Management, Systems Development and Asset Lifecycle Management, particularly valued if in the context of local government infrastructure
* Well developed research, analytical and problem solving skills
* Understanding of financial reporting and analytics forecasting
* C Class Drivers Licence
