Do work that matters as a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre. You'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us.
You will assist customers in managing their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments.
You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:
Key Responsibilities
* Concierge and welcome calls
* Missed payments and early-intervention collections
* Simple customer service enquiries
About this role
This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.
We currently have permanent part-time (25 hours) positions available on either shift:
Shift Options
* Monday - Friday, 3pm - 8pm
* Tuesday - Saturday, 3pm - 8pm
Please note, you must commit to this shift schedule for at least 12 months.

Hours and Training
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:
Training Details
* Start date: February 2025
* Available to work from the South Eveleigh office once a fortnight (work from the office up to 3 days per week during training)
* Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 3 weeks
* Training will run Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum
