We offer and maintain a range of quality plants with additional stocks from growing facilities at Rylstone and Nullo Mountain. As well as on-site pick-up – we also deliver – supplying trade customers in the commercial and residential landscape sectors, local councils, developers, schools, nurseries, federal and state government greening organisations. You will be primarily responsible for: Developing strong relationships with new clients to grow the business. Identify and secure high-value, long-term business opportunities, leveraging market research, referrals, and industry partnerships to drive growth. Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets A passion for Horticulture with an entrepreneurial mindset. Good presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability and willingness to build relationships with key stakeholders are essential to your success in this role. Relevant computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. A current driver's licence is essential. What skills and experience will you bring to this role? Highly organised with good attention to detail Clear, precise and timely communication skills Hunger for new business development with proven success as a field sales representative.
