About the role
With an enviable and growing client list, DCCL's intellectual property litigation practice is now looking for a 3-5 PQE Litigation Lawyer in either our Sydney or Melbourne office, where the successful applicant will work closely with our highly regarded Principal Lawyers.
In this role, you will act for and advise local and international, private and public sector clients across diverse industry sectors and technologies in relation to contentious IP matters, including litigation regarding patents, trade marks, copyright, registered designs, trade secrets and domain names.
You will also be able to undertake non contentious IP work should you wish to do so.
About you
Essential to this role is that you have 3-5 years of IP litigation trial experience and a drive to excel in the field of contentious IP.
