The RoleThe application support analyst, report to the Service Desk Manager and is responsible for providing technical support on all internal application.
This role ensures that the organization has the necessary resources and technical expertise to support ongoing business activities and projects.
You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of applications by testing, deploying changes, and writing the needed documentation.
As part of the Service Desk Team, the role requires a diverse skill set to deliver high-quality service.
You will have to collaborate with internal and external customers to meet organizational objectives and enhance overall performance.
