AT-PAC currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and suitably experienced Scaffold Design Engineer to join our Design & Technical Team in our Brisbane Branch, you will work on Projects across Australia and the East Asia Pacific region and contribute to the future growth and success of our business.
The purpose of this role is to work with the Director – Business Development & Technical Services to develop access solutions to existing and new clients utilising the industry leading AT-PAC Ringlock Scaffold product. This will include utilising our Proprietary “Ringlock” Modular Scaffold Products to design scaffolds, determining material quantities to meet the customer’s requirements, certification to Australian Standards and engagement with theAT-PAC management team with innovations.

We are looking for a person with the following skills
5 years Scaffold Design experience
Experience with Ringlock modular scaffold systems
Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Structural Engineering
RPEQ registered or currently in process of approval (preferred)
High-level of Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Basic level Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and SolidWorks
Must be an Australian/NZ citizen or permanent resident
Excellent written and verbal communication
Great client liaison skills
Good time management skills to meet commercial deadlines
Great team member
Strong Initiative and the ability to work autonomously
Main Responsibilities
Produce Drawings for approval
Review and certify in-house and client scaffold designs
Consult with Clients and Sales team to source information about the job
Support Sales and Business Development Team
Working within a team of Design Engineers to collaborate on design, innovations, and development
