Role: Senior WHS Advisor Hourly Rate: $66.40 - $73.18 + Super Contract Length: Initial Contract until 28/03/25 Location: Parramatta/WFH Flex The Role In this role, you will develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive health, safety, and wellbeing programs.You'll provide expert guidance on incident management, risk assessments, and return-to-work strategies to ensure a resilient and safe work environment aligned with Work Health and Safety (WHS) Key Accountabilities WHS Advisory : Provide expert advice to management on WHS compliance, policy adherence, and risk mitigation.Incident Management : Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and resolution processes.Risk Mitigation : Conduct safety audits, identify hazards, and implement risk reduction strategies.Return-to-Work Coordination : Design and manage programs to support employee reintegration post-injury.System Enhancement : Collaborate with stakeholders to improve WHS systems, ensuring ongoing alignment with emerging needs.Compliance Monitoring : Track and report WHS legislative compliance, proposing improvements as necessary.Training & Education : Facilitate WHS and wellbeing training initiatives to enhance workforce knowledge and engagement.About You Extensive knowledge of WHS legislation, risk assessment methodologies, and incident management.Proven experience in safety audits, return-to-work planning, and WHS training.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.Capability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, WHS, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.If this sounds like YOU, please APPLY today!
