Part Time/Full Time Medical Receptionist - Dermatology Clinic Lower North Shore

We are a fast growing dermatology practice offering various dermatology services, allergy testing, surgeries and medical and cosmetic laser procedures. We have a great team of dermatologists, nurses and administration staff and we have an exciting opportunity for another Medical Receptionist to join our fabulous team.
This is a crucial role for our practice and we are seeking a professional, enthusiastic and warm Medical Receptionist with awesome communication skills, energy and enthusiasm to take on this busy role! We pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of patient centered care and we believe this begins and ends with the admin team and accordingly, we are looking for someone who shares a passion for excellence in customer service and patient care.
Key responsibilities:
* Greeting and assisting patients and managing patient flow
* Processing of payments, Medicare and DVA
* Secretarial support where needed
* Scheduling appointments and procedures
* Managing correspondence internally and externally
To be considered for this position, you will need:
* Medical reception experience an advantage
* Prior experience with Genie software (an advantage)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Exceptional spoken and written English
* Strong ability to multi-task
* A passion for customer service with a calm, caring and professional manner
* Energetic and enthusiastic
* Ability to work well as a team member in a fast paced environment
* Previous experience in dermatology ideal but not essential
