About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to focus on building a portfolio of residential listings while also providing administrative support to the Director. This full-time role requires weekend availability to conduct home opens, present and negotiate offers, and manage client relationships. You will drive sales efforts and manage backend processes. Tasks include:
* Selling residential properties and supporting the Director in growing a listings portfolio.
* Conducting home opens on weekends and presenting offers to clients.
* Preparing and managing sales documents, listings, and administrative tasks as required.
* Engaging with prospects, following up on leads, and securing appointments.
* Coordinating sales and marketing activities, including home opens, display suites, and developing promotional campaigns for new listings.
* Maintaining up-to-date sales schedules and ensuring timely reporting.
* Assisting with listing documents, offer and acceptance paperwork, and regular client follow-up.
* Ensuring all activities comply with local regulations and brand guidelines.
About You
You’re a driven individual with a passion for real estate and an eagerness to grow a residential sales portfolio whilst being well remunerated! You enjoy working with people, are organized, and have a keen interest in property.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* At least 6 months of real estate experience.
* A current and valid WA Real Estate Sales Representative registration.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Effective time management and organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Commercial and financial acumen.
* Experience using CRM systems and managing databases.
