The Role:
1. Provide professional communication to clients & staff to ensure a positive experience with every point of contact
2. Administer & manage all sales listing documents (Form 6's), ensuring their compliance
3. Responsible for the coordination and attendance of monthly In Room Auctions
4. Coordinate all admin duties and correspondence with absolute accuracy; Marketing invoices, property flyers, blank contracts
5. Assist with preparing and editing various documents, including contracts, reports, presentations, and correspondence
6. Assist in organising and preparing all processes relating to property marketing
7. Posting listings on external websites and preparing sales flyers
8. Work closely with the Office Manager & Contracts Administrator
9. Responsible for the office Social Media account. Creating and posting relevant content
Ideal Candidate:
10. Hold a current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
11. Ideally we are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator who brings at least 1-2 years experience in this role
12. A highly motivated person who is looking to work as a part of an industry leading team
13. Exceptional attention to detail and follow up skills
14. Switched-on, articulate and well presented
