RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the development and delivery of bids, ensuring that proposals are formatted and comply with Company brand guidelines, customer requirements and internal quality guidelines.
Formulate bid presentations
Manage and coordinate submissions in line with given timeframes
Use your advanced Word skills to create and complete submissions
Work with Project Management plans to produce quality submissions
Assist with the updating of project profiles and curriculum vitae
Build positive relationships with our internal and external stakeholders
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Background in the bid coordination and preparation process
Highly articulate with attention to detail
Demonstrated tender, bid or project administration experience
Knowledge construction tenders
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
Time management skills to support with meeting deadlines
Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
Qualifications and Requirements
