We are seeking a Logistics Manager – Projects to join our INPEX Supply Chain team in Perth. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide direction and management for logistics projects, drilling support, emissions reduction initiatives, and international project support.
* Lead by example to promote and ensure adherence to the company’s HSE policy, align contractor HSE policies with company standards, and implement improved HSE principles.
* Oversee logistics projects from inception to completion, establish business cases, support S4 HANA implementation, and lead industry working groups.
* Manage drilling logistics operations, develop support strategies, liaise with drilling teams, prepare and monitor budgets, and ensure accurate SAP inventory records.
* Act as the primary focal point for Scope 3 emissions reduction, overseeing and delivering approved initiatives.
* Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration, lead change, and ensure alignment with INPEX goals and values.
Successful candidates will:
* Tertiary or Trade qualifications in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
* Extensive experience in managing HSE initiatives, leading Drilling Logistics operations, and handling drilling inventory management systems, with S4 HANA implementation experience is desirable.
* Demonstrated significant involvement in international project reviews and capital project management.
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a strong focus on problem-solving and solution-oriented thinking.
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team effectively, while managing a complex array of stakeholders and building strategic relationships to achieve business goals.
This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
