You will be responsible for developing and executing the company's integrated marketing strategy. This is a full-time role based in Wodonga, VIC. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's brand awareness, digital presence, and lead-generation efforts to support the overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products and servicesManage the company's online presence, including website, social media channels, and digital advertising campaignsCoordinate and oversee the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and client-facing materialsCollaborate with different departments to align marketing activities and generate qualified leadsAnalyse marketing performance data and provide recommendations for continuous improvementStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain competitive and effectiveManage and mentor the marketing team to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of all marketing initiativesDevelop and manage a team of marketing coordinators across the company's businesses remotely and face-to-faceMonitor and report on the effectiveness of campaignsDevelop and execute customer loyalty/retention events & programsDevelop and monitor sponsorship and community partnerships that align with the company's core valuesMonitor and respond to online reviews accordingly and in a timely mannerProvide insights to the management team regarding new market trends and advancements that will benefit ROIAttend and organise eventsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industryProven track record of successful marketing campaignsProficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platformsStrong understanding of marketing analytics, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-makingStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
