What This Opportunity Involves:
* Work closely with the Emergency Management Manager and Vendor Manager
* Make general inquiries of the vendor on behalf of the Emergency Management Team and Client
* Assist with conducting and recording minutes of the Monthly Vendor Management Meeting and fortnightly Client meetings
* Review and upload Vendor Monthly Performance Reports to the Client Portal
* Assist the Emergency Management Manager with planning upcoming schedule or training changes, milk-runs, and site documentation upgrades
* Assist the Emergency Management Manager with ad-hoc discussions and reporting as requested by the Client
* Respond to site-based general inquiries on Training operations and diagrams
* Create initial reactive requests and work orders to address issues raised by the Vendor and Client
* Verify the contents of documents uploaded to the Corrigo portal
* Create financial proposals and verify invoice data
* Create regular schedules for training programs
* Update schedule information in Corrigo
Sounds Like You? This is what we are looking for:
You will possess administration and communication skills and have a strong customer service focus. Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
* Ability to deal with a variety of issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines
* Knowledge or exposure to building/facilities management would be advantageous although not essential
* Efficient keyboard and data entry skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Internet research skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and grasp new concepts
* Excellent client service and communication skills
* An Australian Citizen
