Job DescriptionReporting to the Commercial Director, you will assist in driving the hotel marketing functions and will be working closely with and managing the Marketing Executive within the Marketing department.Your main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist with the preparation and implementation of the annual Sales and Marketing plan for the property, focusing on Marketing, Promotions, PR, and E-Commerce.Source and facilitate influencer stays, along with creating social media content in collaboration with the culinary team, bar team, and other departments.Drive and manage the hotel social media strategy.A considered focus on the hotels’ sustainability and environmental elements.Implement and maintain a 12-month marketing calendar for both food & beverage and the Hotel.Champion PR, Communications, and Marketing activities within the business units.Professionally manage supplier relationships such as print, web, and design agencies.Maintain hotel and Accor image library and content as required.Copywriting for promotions including eDMs, website content, and marketing collateral.Keep up to date with new initiatives in the communications sphere and implement where appropriate.Host Marketing meetings with relevant team members.Conduct campaign briefings to senior management and team members.Preparation of weekly and monthly marketing reports.
