Reporting to the Village Manager, this is a permanent position, supporting the Facilities Manager with the scheduling and allocating of work whilst supervising a team performing maintenance work, grounds maintenance and garbage collection within the Village.
This is a 14/7 roster, fly in / fly out from Perth with all meals and accommodation provided whilst on roster.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing high quality and well-maintained accommodation and facilities to our customers.
2. Lead a team of facilities attendants, scheduling and allocating work, and supervising their work daily.
3. Ensure non-technical general repairs and maintenance of the site grounds, facilities and buildings are carried out in a timely manner.
4. Facilitate a team environment, foster a culture of service excellence and maintain a safe environment for our customers.
5. Apply safe work practices to contribute to the safety culture of Civeo.
To be successful, you will have:
1. Minimum of two years’ work experience in a maintenance or trades assistant role preferably in the hospitality industry along with minimum of six months supervisory experience.
2. Knowledge of equipment and materials routinely used in Facilities Operations e.g. ride on mower, whipper snipper, blower, chain saw.
3. Experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment.
4. Exceptional communication skills.
5. Proof of working rights within Australia.
6. Current Manual Driver’s Licence.
7. LF Forklift Licence.
8. Remote work experience (highly regarded).
