This integrated resort offers 638 upscale guestrooms in the first-ever Guitar Hotel, 168 luxury guestrooms and unique swim-up suites in the adjacent Oasis Tower at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, and 465 newly redesigned guestrooms in Hard Rock Hotel for a combined room count of 1,271 throughout the resort.

Responsibilities
Bartender Job Summary:
Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests while maintaining the high standard of cleanliness of each bar area according to established policies.
Essential Job Functions:
* Mix all drinks in accordance with established recipes.
* Serve guests and servers according to established policy.
* Act as a cashier in front and service bars, except on casino floor.
* Be responsible for checks issued to him/her.
* Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
* Ensure a positive guest experience.
* Interact and service guests in a cordial and gracious manner.
* Present a professional experience.
* Demonstrate responsible gaming and alcohol service.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a certificate in Mixology are required.
* Two years of high volume bartending experience are necessary.
* T.I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification are preferred.
* Basic mathematical skills specific to job responsibilities are required.
Work Environment:
* Casino related environmental factors may be present.
* Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands are required.
* Lifting up to 50 pounds is sometimes necessary.
* Vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
