About Your Role:As the Training Advisor you will be required to efficiently forecast, plan, and implement training and competency strategies and programs. These initiatives will fulfil all legislative, regulatory, organisational, and functional obligations. Collaborating closely with our on-site teams, you'll develop and implement training plans in line with national and enterprise competencies.About You:
Prior experience in training / competency management within a regulated environment
Know-how in planning and development of training curricula and programs
Proficient skills in the Microsoft suite\: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Access & SAP (advantageous)
Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean philosophy, tools, and techniques
Project & change management experience
Experience in the rail, automotive, military, defence, avionics, or other safety-critical environment is desirable
Presentation/speaking skills and report writing skills
Strong communication skills (oral & written) including negotiation and influencing skills
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Relevant tertiary or degree level qualifications
Cert IV in Training and Assessment
