The role is based in Parkville (Melbourne), Victoria. The Myers-Briggs Company's Australian office offers a hybrid working arrangement. It is expected that the successful applicant would work their hours (negotiable) across 3 days a week, with Wednesdays being a regular office work day.
About the role The Marketing Manager leads the marketing initiatives for the Asia Pacific region of The Myers-Briggs Company, including providing marketing support to International Partners. The role is primarily responsible for creating high-impact content and marketing campaigns to engage customer and prospect audiences, managing the Australia and Singapore marketing websites and event management.
Primary responsibilities Development of product, program and consulting solution marketing campaigns – primarily delivered through digital marketing. Interpret campaign metrics to nurture new prospects and generate leads for the sales team. Produce clear and persuasive original content for a wide range of customer-facing marketing collateral including email campaigns, brochures, presentations, websites and social media channels, tailoring messaging to different audiences. Management and co-hosting of webinars. Manage website content updates through the content management system. Manage website structural improvements through external vendors. Manage SEO optimisation sourcing and collaborating with external vendors as needed. Support keyword advertising/SEM strategy, collaborating with Global Marketing (US/UK-based) and external vendors. Development of opportunities for the company to be represented at conferences and events, including speaking opportunities, sponsorship and exhibition. Management of industry conference and event logistics and attendance to events as and when required. In conjunction with the Chief International Markets Officer (AU-based), management of the marketing budget in accordance with the marketing plan. Other marketing and administrative tasks as required. About you A minimum of 5 years experience in a professional B2B marketing environment.
Strong familiarity with email marketing software (Act-On is desirable), CRM software (SalesForce is desirable), webinar platforms (Zoom is desirable), InDesign and Microsoft Office products.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, psychology or a related field would be desirable.
