About the role
The Stock Controller’s main job is to manage inventory and materials for maintenance and projects, ensuring everything is distributed and coordinated on time. They also handle various tasks like monitoring stock levels, supporting warehouse operations, and addressing customer queries.
This position is based out of V/Lines Warehouse in Lara, working 7:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
Key Accountabilities include:
* Perform warehousing, operations, inventory, and transport-related tasks for depots and projects within given timeframes.
* Manage customer requests and depot replenishments, analyse stock levels, and support the dispatch of materials.
* Deliver and coordinate the cycle count process across depots and other stock locations.
* Monitor stock levels and set inventory parameters, including Min/Max levels.
* Investigate stock discrepancies and implement inventory control regimes to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy.
About you
This role will suit a candidate that has strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience in inventory management or warehousing operations. They should also be proactive, able to work well with various stakeholders and the team and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

* Must have current driver’s license.
* Warehousing/inventory experience in a maintenance and operations environment.
* Intermediate level MS word and Excel skills are essential.
* Previous experience with an ERP stock management system (JDE would be advantageous)
