Nomads Noosa Pty Ltd is on the search for our next Accommodation Manager to take the reins at our Noosa Heads property. Nomads Noosa Pty Ltd is part of the Tourism Adventure Group with properties in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. We are looking for an Accommodation Manager to lead the day-to-day operations including front office, administration, housekeeping and maintenance of our accommodation business.
This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in what they do and enjoys a challenging and busy work environment. The position is full time, and it is a diverse role that will suit an experienced, energetic and hardworking operator that likes to get stuck in and make the most of every situation.
Required Skills & Traits:
* Leadership of multiple teams
* Hands-on style management
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Revenue building skills, computer literacy in multiple systems & reporting skills
* Experience in Mews preferred or comparable alternative accommodation booking systems
* P&L analysis & Financial Reporting
* Banking
* Rostering
* Responsible Management of Licensed Venue (RMLV) - Required
