What you'll do: As an HR Business Partner, you will be expected to work flexibly and collaboratively in a team environment to provide high quality outcomes for Human Resources, employees, and stakeholders across the division. You will play a crucial role in establishing key client relationships through your deep understanding of their business context, objectives, and related people management challenges. Your ability to work closely with the broader HR division will enable you to identify, plan, and implement HR solutions that align with organisational strategies. Your role will also involve providing coaching and training to managers and leaders, empowering them to manage complex people issues proactively.
Establish and maintain key client relationships through development of in-depth knowledge of clients' business context and objectives Work closely with the broader HR division to identify, plan and implement HR solutions that meet client priorities Provide strong, generalist and strategic HR expertise, advice and services as a senior member of a seamless and client focused HR team Provide coaching and training to managers and leaders to build their knowledge and skills Proactively analyse and report on key people management metrics, monitor trends Contribute to the successful research, design and development of HR initiatives and policies What you bring: The ideal candidate for this HR Business Partner role will bring a deep understanding of the organisation's vision, mission, and business objectives.
