Key Responsibilities:
General maintenance including painting of guest rooms and back of house areas;
* responding to a range of guest requests as a first priority;
* investigating and actioning jobs assigned to you in a timely manner;
* completing tasks as part of the preventative maintenance program;
* encouraging the effective use of energy and water resources.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
* superior problem solving skills;
* a flexible work attitude;
* excellent customer service skills;
* a strong desire to work in a service focused environment with a pro-active approach;
* strong communication skills (verbal, written, and computer);
* knowledge of Work Health and Safety regulations;
* self-motivated approach and interest to developing yourself through courses.
