Key Responsibilities Paid Media Management: Execute and optimize campaigns across Google. Strategic Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to boost ROAS, revenue, and profitability. Client Partnership: Manage client expectations and cultivate strong relationships with them as their primary point of contact. Team Collaboration: Work with in-house teams to coordinate specialized services, including creative, content, and email marketing. Performance Reporting: Provide insightful, actionable reports on campaign performance. Skills & Competencies Platform Proficiency: Strong experience in Google Ads. Analytical Mindset: Skilled in GA4, performance metrics, and interpreting complex data for targeted optimizations. Budget Management: Experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from $30K to $200K. Client Relations: Proven ability to manage and foster client relationships. Attention to Detail: High precision in campaign setup, reporting, and ongoing management. Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills for delivering insights clearly to both clients and internal teams. What You Bring 2-4 years in a digital agency, working hands-on with Google Ads. A focus on results, with attention to metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
