Job Description:St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is looking for enthusiastic Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Nursing and Allied Health students to participate in our Cadetship Program.
This paid employment experience allows students to enhance their development of their knowledge and skills in their chosen field while completing their degree.
Working in a range of fields including acute medical and surgical services, sub-acute care, medical diagnostics, rehabilitation, allied health, mental health, palliative care, correctional health, and community residential care.
You will work alongside staff in this area with the support of our First Nations Practice Development Nurse.
The cadetship allows for up to 30 paid shifts to get you ready for your graduate year in your chosen field!
Classifications for this position will be YP12 ($64,672 pro rata per annum) or IN28 ($57,002.40 pro rata per annum)
