Oracle Fusion - ERP Finance Transformation Lead
This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.

The ERP Finance Transformation Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems to enhance financial processes and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in finance and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end ERP finance transformation project, including planning, execution, and post-implementation care-taking warranty period support.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
* Analyse current financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
* Work with the project manager and vendor to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
* Proven experience in leading ERP implementation and finance transformation projects (Oracle Fusion experience preferred).
* Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and ERP systems.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
