The Harvey Norman Lismore Customer Service Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Operations Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
The successful candidate will:
· Be able to work with minimal supervision
· Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Be able to work well in a team environment
· Be motivated and have a great eye for detail
· Have experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service.
· Have flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades
In this role you will:
· Book repairs & servicing
· Tag faulty products and organise to return them to the supplier
· Keep our customers updated of the status of their repairs
· Perform general administration duties
· Receive stock, perform general merchandising and ticketing duties
