You'll play a vital role in managing and optimising our digital channels across multiple regions (AU, US, UK, EU).Responsibilities include driving digital channel performance by achieving weekly KPIs including sessions, CPA, and ROAS.
In alignment with the Senior E-commerce Manager, execute and optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns on a weekly basis to maximize ROI and contribute to overall business growth.Digital PerformanceOwn the Paid Channel KPIs, budgets and forecasts (including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display and YouTube).Deliver a Paid Channel strategy which supports business goals of increasing volume and quality of new customers, setting Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) /Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) targets and phasing budgets to achieve the strategy.Work with CRM lead to acquire high potential customers to maximise CAC : Lifetime Value (LTV) ratio.Develop robust reporting methods for digital channels, building channel reports using GA4 data to facilitate quick response to trade questions.Conduct keyword research and create ad copy to optimise Google AdWords campaigns.Develop the SUNNYLiFE approach to attribution that enables the business to optimise its channel investments.Align with Marketing to run multichannel awareness campaigns and present data driven insights which will support future investment and content.Collaborate with the graphics team to produce channel specific content based on industry best practice, channel objectives and previous campaign learnings; ensuring that there is a feedback loop with the graphics team to make creative optimisations and investments in upper funnel activity.Manage the relationship with Google and Meta ensuring SUNNYLiFE is supported with campaign measurement and industry-leading campaign tactics.Regularly undertake conversion and brand lift studies to understand the wider impact and longer-term health of our channel investments.Scale our international business: supporting expansion of our paid channels to deliver growth plans.Own the digital testing plan: ensuring the test & learn plan to continue to evolve our channels.Responsible for media compliance and media-related legislation.Future-proof SUNNYLiFE digital marketing performance through channel expansion, tech opportunities and data tracking.Reporting & AnalyticsTrack and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing detailed reports with actionable insights.Implement A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI.Set and achieve measurable KPIs for the affiliate marketing program.AffiliatesMonitor ad spend and analyze campaign performance against KPIs to drive continuous optimization and maximize efficiency.Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Ecommerce Manager to develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy.Optimising existing publisher relationships in US & AU and recruiting new and exciting publisher opportunities for SUNNYLiFE.Qualifications4+ years experience in a performance marketing role or similar.Experience running efficient paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.Proven track record of growing conversion volume within CPA targets.Experience collaborating with creative teams to turn ideas into high-performing outputs.Ability to clearly communicate results, key findings, and areas of opportunities.Derive key insights from analytics platforms like Google Analytics & Ad Reporting.Understand the basics of attribution modelling to measure channel uplift.Strong believer that creative is a key driver for performance, and understands best practice for grabbing attention across channels.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesManufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
