Our services include Aerial Fire Fighting, Emergency Assistance, Charter, and Helicopter Lifting, supporting critical operations across the globe.Due to exciting growth both in Australia and globally, we are seeking Warehouse and Logistics Officers to join our team at our Cooroy location.The RoleWarehouse and Logistics Officers will be responsible for ensuring the accurate handling of inventory, including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials, as well as the calibration of tooling in line with company policies and aviation industry standards. Reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you will be integral to the operations of our expanding global fleet. The role may include irregular hours, and weekend work when required.Key ResponsibilitiesReceipt and Dispatch : Receive incoming materials, perform quality checks, ensure proper storage, and prepare materials for dispatch including booking of freight.Order Fulfilment : Monitor online orders for items / supplies and ensure timely and accurate delivery.Storage & Inventory Management : Organise inventory in storage areas, ensuring easy retrieval and preventing damage. Maintain accurate records of aviation-related inventory, including spare parts, stocktaking, replenishment of stock, tools calibration, and shelf-life management.Documentation : Keep detailed records of stock levels, transactions, discrepancies, and generate necessary reports.Collaboration : Work with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure smooth aviation logistics support.Compliance & Safety : Adhere to aviation safety standards and protocols for handling materials, including hazardous substances.Calibration : Assist in maintaining tool calibration and equipment to ensure optimal condition.Continuous Improvement : Identify and contribute to improvements in logistics procedures and risk management practices.About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated individual with :Proven experience in aviation or a similar logistics / warehouse role.Cert IV in Warehousing and Transportation (or equivalent).Dangerous Goods license (highly regarded).Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.Professional communication skills.Why Join Us?Work in a dynamic, fast-paced aviation environment.Be part of a global operation supporting critical helicopter missions.Opportunity to contribute to improvements and efficiencies.If you are passionate about aviation logistics and are ready to take on an exciting challenge, we would love to hear from you!
