Our client is a well-established provider of specialised piling services, focusing on projects with low clearance and restricted access. With over 20 years of industry experience and a fleet of more than 100 machines, they play a key role in major civil construction projects.About the Role:This is an opportunity to step into a role where you can take ownership of safety processes, drive accountability, and be proactive in keeping teams aligned with best practices. While primarily office-based, you’ll travel to project sites as needed to conduct audits, support teams, and ensure compliance. Key responsibilities include:Conducting site audits, safety inspections, and ensuring teams meet KPIs.Investigating incidents, documenting reports, and implementing preventative measures.Conducting drug and alcohol testing and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.Supporting the team by keeping safety systems streamlined and effective across multiple projects.Engaging with site teams, reinforcing a culture of accountability, and keeping safety standards at the forefront.To Be Successful:A Diploma in WHS (or higher qualification).First Aid & CPR certification.At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.The ability to lead and engage site teams, keeping them accountable for safety performance.Experience with documenting incidents, reporting, and maintaining compliance records.Strong communication and leadership skills.If you’re looking for a role where you can make an impact, take ownership, and help shape safety practices across multiple projects, we’d love to hear from you!
