Purpose and Scope
Supports the efficient operation of school cafeterias by preparing and serving nutritious meals to students and staff in a clean and sanitary environment.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare and serve high-quality meals
2. Maintain a clean and organized work area
3. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
4. Collaborate with the School Nutrition Supervisor to ensure smooth cafeteria operations
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates must:
* Pass a background check
* Test negative on TB skin test
* Have at least 6 months of experience in quantity food preparation or a related field
Education
Candidates should possess a minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience. The following education equivalencies apply:
1. Bachelor's Degree = 4 years of education plus required years of experience
