About the Role
SEE Group have great career opportunities available for a Civil Foreman to join our highly professional and skilled Urban Development teams based in the Caboolture region. These are diverse and fast-paced roles that will see you working closely with the Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day on-site activities to deliver effective and cost-efficient project outcomes.
Essential Skills and Attributes
* Background in Plant Operation, Construction and Delivery processes and experience in actual project delivery.
* The ability to read, interpret and quantify project plans, standards and specifications effectively and communicate this information to the site supervisors as required.
* Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to indirectly lead, motivate and influence others
* Strong safety initiative
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
