About the role
In this dynamic role, you'll support the Retail Centre Manager by leading, mentoring, and guiding the team to meet performance goals, ensuring seamless customer interactions and a flexible sales process.
You will:
1. Lead, mentor, and inspire the Customer Experience Team to deliver exceptional service.
2. Manage sales processes, including finance and insurance (F&I).
3. Resolve escalations and manage customer data in Salesforce and DMS.
4. Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
You will have:
1. Proven experience in customer-facing sales and team leadership.
2. Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
3. Automotive industry and F&I experience (desirable).
4. Familiarity with Salesforce (desirable) and a valid driver's license.
