Supervisor Truck Bay
We are looking for a talented Supervisor Truck Bay to join our team in Leeton, NSW.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
1. Deliver a first-class service to our customers.
2. Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 6 technicians and apprentices.
3. Ensure your team achieves its KPIs to deliver results.
4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.
5. Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Service/Branch Manager
6. Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens
7. Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
8. Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) is preferred.
9. Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products.
10. Some experience in a management capacity is ideal.
11. Strong communication and organisation skills
12. Previous experience in a customer facing role.
13. Organisational skills and multi-tasking, in a high-pressure environment.

14. Monday to Friday shifts with some Saturdays
