ABOUT THE ROLE
As Assistant Retail Store Manager of our Smiggle store in Harbourtown on the Gold Coast you will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.
To excel in this role you will have a passion for our products and be delighted by kids and parents alike. You will approach every day with an attitude of play!
This is a part time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
8. Creating a great store experience for all customers
9. Provide exceptional customer service
10. Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve both individual and store sales targets
11. Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store
12. Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales
13. Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
14. Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
15. Previous leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment
16. Confidence providing praise & improvement feedback to your team
17. Ability to provide an exceptional and unique customer experience
18. Knowledge in loss prevention and health & safety
19. Visual Merchandising experience beneficial
