We're looking for a Specialist to join our high performing CTP Claims Team within our Retail Insurance Australia division.You will be responsible for conducting impairment assessments (e.g. Whole Person Impairment, Quality of Life, Injury Severity Value) for injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents. This will involve reviewing and interpreting complex medical information and utilising your critical thinking skills to determine which injuries are causally related and need to be assessed. You will need to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.You will work closely with stakeholders across the entire CTP claim lifecycle, such as Claims Consultants, Injury Management Advisors and Technical Specialists to ensure high quality claims management.
