Position: Process Lead (Senior) Contract Duration: 6 months Responsibilities: Demonstrated, applied experience in process design, mapping, and implementation.Hands-on experience in Signavio Products – Process Manager, Process Intelligence & Workflow Accelerator.Process mapping and identifying non-value add steps to create lean and agile processes.Identify business problem areas and align with pain areas through Continuous Improvement Projects.Strengthen and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness by identifying process improvement/re-engineering opportunities.Work with the client's Business Excellence & Operations teams to identify processes for RPA and conduct initial RPA process investigation, priority, assessment & fitment analysis.Responsible for creating Process Design Documents (PDD).Act as the customer's key contact, guiding them through the analysis process and becoming their trusted advisor on process automation.Provide quality consulting services with the objective to reduce cost/cycle time, improve productivity, increase revenue, improve product/service quality, and realign organizational practices with business strategies.Experience with Agile ways of working.Requirements: Telecom experience (preferably consumer).Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management of Devices (Mobile, Fixed, IoT) from ranging, procurement, go to market through to end of life.#J-18808-Ljbffr
