Your responsibilities will include: Reception: Answer, manage, and direct all incoming calls and greet clients upon arrival Mail & Couriers: Arrange couriers, sort and log incoming mail, and organise outgoing mail Meeting Rooms: Manage bookings and ensure meeting rooms are maintained and presentable Facilities: Maintain the kitchen, reception area, and general office spaces Ordering: Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies as needed This is a part-time position, working two days per week (Thursdays and Fridays).
